Ok, this basically lays out the Elite Grunt program.
Myself and the shammys pick out who we are think the most capable, skilled, and loyal grunts.
Those grunts are given unlimited access to the bot, and special privileges.
Elite Grunts are also the top runners for new shammans.

Things to increase your chances of becoming an Elite:
--Get Icon
--Show off your skills
--Become involved in clan
--Be actively online
